About CCMA
It’s almost impossible out there in the job market for W-2 seasoned Credit Management Professionals, especially for those that are approaching or who have exceeded middle age. There is a high turnover rate and long periods between jobs. Job discrimination is running ramped and salary rates have dropped dramatically.
Who We Are
CCMA was established in 2008 initially as a sole proprietorship and bacame a Limited Liability Corporation in January 2011. Commercial Credit Management Associates LLC (CCMA) is a firm of experienced nationwide senior credit management consultants each an expert in his or her own field. Some have worked with larger consulting firms and others as senior executives from a range of industries.
Each consultant within the Association owns and runs his/her own business unit and has ultimate responsibility for delivering the client project.
The Association attracts consultants from across the nation who have experience of many different industries and sectors and affiliation with the National Association of Credit Management (NACM).
Our consultants tend to be more mature business people and they are all required to have a minimum amount of 15 years of commercial credit and collection management experience at senior level.
Consultants with similar skills and interests form Discussion Groups within CCMA across a range of sectors and disciplines designed to provide comprehensive solutions to our clients.
What We Do
The CCMA Association offers a broad range of consulting solutions on a long term project basis or on an "as needed" basis tailored to the specific needs of each client and situation through CCMA's "Our Credit Department Program".
We aim to address client issues and opportunities with pragmatic workable solutions that are very affordable.
CCMA is structured to provide a flexible resource. This means that we can provide daily to monthly credit and collection management advice and direction through to a large team totally embedded in the client’s operation over an extended period.
Every member of our team is an experienced senior executive and consultant designed to produce results.
We have experience in most major industry sectors and work with companies ranging from the largest global corporations to brand new start-ups.
Success is measured through the achievement of the client’s commercial objectives and by the level of repeat projects, contract renewals, referrals and enduring retainers.
