Eddy A. Philbin CCE CICP - Illinois Region Founder, Managing Director and Senior Consultant of Commercial Credit Manager Associates LLC in the Chicago Metro area in Illinois. He is a lifetime Certified Credit Execuitve of the National Association of Credit Management and previous Cerfified International Credit Professional of the FCIB. Mr. Philbin was the previous Chairperson of the National Institutional Foodservice Distribution Industry Credit Trade Group (NACM Houston), the Vice-Chairperson of the National Tools & Accessiores Industry Trade Group (NACM Mid-West) and a member the National Home Center Industry Trade Credit Group (NACM Mid-West) for over 15 years. He possesses 38 years experience as a Corporate Credit Manager in the banking, wholesale foodservice distribution, equipment leasing, international freight forwarding, hand tool manufacturing, power tool manufacturing, and hydraulic power equipment manufacturing. He has provided superior credit management consulting services in the areas of wholesale HVAC distribution, auto leasing, and wholesale floral distribution. Mr. Philbin has conducted numerous webinars and workshops on credit and collection management. Mr. Philbin has a bachelors degree from Northern Illinois University, Dekalb Illinois and attended the Chicago Kent Law School. Wanda McPhillips CCE CICP - Ohio Region Wanda is a Certified Credit Executive and Certified International Credit Professional with more than 20 years experience in both domestic and international credit. Proven leadership and management skills with a focus on customer service. Skills include teaching and training, building relationships with both external and internal customers and general accounting tasks such as journal entries, general ledger account reconciliations, bank reconciliations, cost and profitability analysis, and audits. High integrity, excellent communication skills, customer service and sales knowledge. Wanda has experience in a variety of industries, including manufacturing (medical equipment, industrial equipment, and chemicals), hospitality, construction, public transportation, and aviation. She has a proven history of departmental and cash flow improvements. Perry Jr. MBA CCE CICP - North Carolina Region Frank prides himself as a sales-oriented credit guy! Frank’s career of over 25 years has focused on B2B credit assignments covering domestic and international markets. He has worked in manufacturing, distribution, and retail organizations for public, private equity, and privately-held companies. Frank’s education and certifications include a Master of Business Administration from Frostburg State University, Certified Credit Executive through the National Association of Credit Management, and Certified International Credit Professional through the FCIB. Charles P. Keenon - Chicago Metro Region Chuck is an experienced management consultant and accounts receivable expert. He has over 40 years experience in all areas of both commercial and retail accounts receivable management.
