Commercial Credit Management Associates LLC (CCMA) is a virtual national small business services and educational training support services firm that enables leading sole practitioners to work together to service and develop client business. It is run by practicing consultants from around the nation and operates with a low overhead base. Each Consultant who is selected to join continues to own and run his or her own business. The Consultant does not pay any part of the client fee to the Centre. We aim to provide our clients with a full range of skills, expertise and capabilities drawn from the members of the Association around the nation. At the same time we want to create an environment which is mutually supporting for all of us. Consultants win and deliver client projects either alone or working with CCMA colleagues in Practice Groups. They work with the client to deliver the agreed project objective and may call on any colleagues to support the work, to make an introduction or help develop the client relationship. Practice Groups are formed by members once they have established their profiles to enable them to win larger contracts and work with others in their team to market the services of the Practice Group to their chosen market. Consultants charge their normal day/hourly rate for the work they perform and reward each other for referred business by paying 20% of the total invoiced fees at the end of the project. A draft agreement between Consultants is available. CCMA establishes the project fee with the client, invoices directly and pays to each associate their agreed rate established with CCMA. Associate consultants involved with "OUR CREDIT DEPARTMENT" programs are paid based on contracts between CCMA and the associate as an independant contractor. Educational/Training Credit Boot Camp instructors are paid on a flat fee based upon webinar attendence. |
