CCMA™ will lead a multi-disciplined team in planning, directing and developing new business processes specifically designed to reduce D.S.O., bad debts, and deductions. Identify strengths in people, processes and technology surrounding the total customer experience. Oversee the development of new credit and collection service methods including the study and evaluation of their potential and practicality. Plan goals and initiatives for the department establishing priorities and monitoring expenditures to achieve designated goals of D.S.O. education. Provide leadership and direction to direct reports. Hire, manage, and develops staff; conduct annual performance appraisals.

 

 
  • Hourly Basis- 
     Hands on credit and collection consulting with usually short time duration. Billing is weekly. Call for details.

 

  • Project Basis-
    For contract projects providing multiple value added services requiring longer and fixed duration. 15% of contract total is due at contract signing. Billing is weekly and payable. Click here for details.

 

  • Retainer Basis-
    Post project contract agreement to make periodic visits to client site. Payment is monthly with payment terms of net 15 days. Call for details.
