CCMA will lead a multi-disciplined team in planning, directing and developing new business processes specifically designed to reduce D.S.O., bad debts, and deductions. Identify strengths in people, processes and technology surrounding the total customer experience. Oversee the development of new credit and collection service methods including the study and evaluation of their potential and practicality. Plan goals and initiatives for the department establishing priorities and monitoring expenditures to achieve designated goals of D.S.O. eduction. Provide leadership and direction to direct reports. Hire, manage, and develops staff; conduct annual performance appraisals.

 

CCMA will provide constructive and positive feedback based upon our findings and insights. We will offer suggestions and recommendations, and where appropriate, introduce industry practices and emerging standards. The net result of the process is a comprehensive assessment of how well the credit function performs, and how effectively the company is able to rely upon and use this resource.
